Unsigned veterans available 11/4/06

i saw that too on hoopshype, i think it would be a very good pick up, if the kings can get foyle for the vet min., since he would be paid by the warriors... and musselman has a good history with foyle in golden state... he was his coach during his contract year, that netted foyle 6 yr $51 mil that off season... i'm sure mussleman can lure him to sacto to ressurect his career if gsw buy him out...

that might be considerably useful actually. And again the sort of windfall we've specialized in in recent years. A proven, though limited, guy. Thing is, I can see no reason for the Warriors to waive him, so if they buy him out I think he becomes a normal free agent with an incentive to sign for as much money as he can.

If the Warriors do buy him out, I think we would go after Foyle. However, as Brick said, there is a fair chance that he goes somewhere else and signs long term for more money as a proper free agent.

If he is willing to sign for vet minimum, I think Musselman's relationship with Adonal might give us the inside running.

He would bring some much needed shotblocking, length and a genuine back up C that would do what we need him to do. I would definetly do it if there was a chance.

How many teams are still under the cap enough to lure him in? And are they teams he would like to play for. If he comes here for a year or so he wouldn't have to move his family. Sometimes that plays a major factor in where player plays is where the live. Now not having to move at all has to be a big arrow pointing in our direction and depending on how much Foyle liked Muss.
