How the person he's talking about got a 39MM contract is beyond me
He seems more confident and structured than when he was at Cleveland.I love how coach brown seems to have such a clear vision for training camp and the team. I don’t think I could have hoped for a more prepared and confident coach. We will see how his in game coaching and strategies turn out, but damn he is coming off way more impressive than I imagined when the hire was made. It seems like he has really really grown since his Cavs coaching days. Maybe I just wasn’t really paying attention back then but I don’t remember him as being anything like this.
our coach is actually coaching?
He calls Keegan a 3 in this video.our coach is actually coaching?

You've got some good ears there."That three that you got Keegan right there" did not mean "Keegan is your three (SF)". Brown was describing a play on which Davion set Keegan up for a three-point shot.
Its solid D from Okpala, but attacking the basket from the top of the key off the dribble isn't Murray's game.
It isn’t yet but having to practice against KZ in practice every day will make it his gameIts solid D from Okpala, but attacking the basket from the top of the key off the dribble isn't Murray's game.

Trying to decide if Keegan struggling against KZ is a reflection of Keegan KZ or both. Guess we will have to wait and see
Talking with one of the media guys, they are in the dark as much as we are in regards to starters but if going by who has been playing with Fox and Ox and HB the most, it’s been Huerter and Keegan….fwiw
Weird interpretation of a 40 second clip lol. Do we know if Keegan got busted all practice or just this clip?
I do wonder if Brown considers KZ as a defensive "opener" similar to how OKC used Thabo Sefolosha years back. Past comments on him having "DPOY" potential and how bad the Kings are as a whole defensively in general. Get his defense on wings that actually matter at the start of the game/3rd quarter and you close with Monk or Keegan. Wouldn't be a fan at all of it, but could see Brown as a 'Defense guy" getting his defensive choice in there right away.
I am also uninterested in having our 4th pick “earn” his minutes on a…*checks notes*…30 win team. And hopefully Brown doesn't force Keegan to "earn" his minutes and keeps him in a consistent 25-28 MPG role every night.
Jalen Hardy looking good for like twenty minutes and then promptly looking like the worst basketball player in the universe for the next two weeks has already proven to be a repeated pattern for him so forgive me for withholding judgement on that trade until after the season.Yep his fit with HB, Fox and Sabonis makes some sense. On another note Hardy looking good for Dallas.
