I think we should tinker with the lineup rather than trade everything..

Maybe take out Wells, start Martin..

Start Skinner at C...

Make Miller the focal point at high post, and Bibby, and Peja primary outside weapons.
Well, 1) you would be asking for MAJOR trouble if we rebenched Bonzi, as minutes/benching has been the root cause of most of the evil that has tailed him from city to city (and especially for Kevin who has shown little -- to take such a risk I'd want somebody who I knew could really add something); and 2) then having SAR and Thomas come off the bench as wellis jsut makign the trouble worse. Our entier bench would be full of disgruntled pouting players; and 3) Our defense and reboudning woudl still pretty much suck.

Now, I don't 100% disagree with the Miller at PF, Skinner at C idea, but if it happens, we still need trades to free up the burgeoning cancers we would create. Not sure why everybody is so afraid to make trades wiht these players? What exactly do we ahve to lose? They are barely Kings, and barely a team. They've accomplished nothing, and most of them have been acquired in the last 6 months. If they're not working, just trade them. No biggee. Not as if we can make things much worse. And I ahve a feeling we might be able to make things considerably BETTER if we brought back players that we could plug into certain roles, thus freeing up both the new players and the remianing guys fromt he current team to settle more comfortably into playing to their strengths rather than a bunch of guys competing for shots and attention on offense.

Agree wholeheartedly.

I've got my obvious bias and would hate to see a certain player traded (for reasons that, quite frankly, I don't even know anymore), but I can't see what it is that we -- as fans -- are holding onto.

Hell, after last year I'll be genuinely upset if we don't make any moves. To go into panic mode and trade away Doug and Chris last year, but stay pat with the team we've got this year would just add to my questions regarding the ineptitude and motives of the people in charge of making such decisions.

this team hasn't show me much this year.
