The fact that they were called on 4 team fouls in the FIRST MINUTE of the 4th quarter would pretty much dismiss this claim.

Officiating had nothing to do with our loss. We fell asleep way too many times to win this one.

Some calls were questionable.....but at the same time each and every King needs to look at that giant mirror and blame themselves for this loss. Too many defensive lapses, people taking ill-advised shots and really playing for themselves, which isn't any form of basketball let alone any normally associated with the Kings brand

The Refs always give the calls to the more aggressive team. Which the Kings were definately not.

Although these were fouls it would help if Brad was able to get higher than 1 inch off the ground to help sell the call a little more and make it easier for the official to call. That put back dunk by Camby is the perfect example. Basically puts his hand on his shoulder and pushes himself up. Brad was really making no effort to go for the ball and that's probably why he didn't get that call.....that and the fact that Violet Palmer was the official who was actually staring at the play when it happened

I cringe every time I see her officiating....she has to be the worst.

Even with some iffy offciating in this game tonight, this is still not an excuse for the kings to shoot so poorly in the 4th quarter. the entire team made some serious mental lapses, and they even missed some layups (kenny thomas for one)
You could see the tired legs in the 4th because of a bench that is scoring just a few points a game.

I know! I think this a lot. If we had just pulled off the title when we "should" have, we'd have much less pent up tension and anxiety. Having achieved our goal, we'd be able to just enjoy each season for what it's worth. Instead we're constantly trying to get what we "should" have had.... it's just a bummer.

anyways, the refs SUCKED...but on both ends. every call went our way? EVERY ONE OF THEM? are you sure about that?

I don't know how you can try and solely blame the refs when they called four team fouls on Denver in the first 1:10 down the stretch. It was strange how they called it tightly one minute and then allowed so much physical play down low, but in the end, they gave both teams their chances and we failed to capitalize.

I don't know if anyone else saw this, but Violet Palmer called a phantom foul on the Nuggets to give Brad Miller a 3 point play, I think it was late in the first half. There was a cut to the Kings bench, and Pete Carrill looked shocked and visibly shouted, "What??" I think he was referring to the foul.

well violet palmer hates us but our team sucks so bad right now that there would be no reason to fix a game against us.
