I question Mike Brown substitution tonight. Is he playing to win? Where is the strategy? Why not post up Barnes more? Warriors post up Wiggins...that's a great strategy. Why play Davis? I rather put in Trey Lyle before Davis or even Edwards before Davis. Him jacking 3 and playing bad defense is not helping. The entire Kings play timid almost like they're being affect by the crowds. They let GS dictate everything...I guess that's what home court mean. They don't box out rather being non-aggressive. What happened to Mike Brown preaching of being physical? I question the team preparation for this game...did they hang out and just chill the night before the game? Why is everybody playing the same timid basketball? Why is Sabonis not going inside more and just pass around? If you're doing that...you're basically waiting to lose. Of course, I blame the referees as well for not making calls that appear to be fouled...

It's disappointing to lose the momentum with a stinker performance but we're still in the driver's seat with a chance to go up 3-1. I think a lot of people expect it to go 2-2. Different game if we don't shoot so bad from 3.

We can't have an All Star lead player, being passive in the playoffs. It won't work
Tonight he was for sure, but I think he kind of is what he is. Measured. Both he and Barnes, that's the way to describe them. Domas on feast mode late in the year was around 13 FGA's per game. I just hope his screens tonight being a little apprehensive weren't because he's hurting. If so, that's a problem.

Keegan is awful. Can he do anything great beside shooting? His individual pressure defense sucks, he's out of position and taking wrong angle. His team defense is timid. He's weak at boxing out and he's not strong at this stage. Another thing I couldn't understand is...why is Huerter getting to run around Sabonis and get open look and not Murray? Murray does the same of that in the regular season games...why is he not allowed to do exactly what Huerter did?

I have no complaints with Barnes. He's not turning down open shots...and he's a 4th or 5th option

Some of ya’ll are crazy. Warriors did what they were supposed to do. IDGAF about Draymond being out. They’re the defending champs and have a lot of pride. I expect us to be better in game 4.
I don't buy into that crap. If you make up your mind to fail and expect the Warriors to do well...you might as well lose before you even play. If you have that kind of mindset, you should never play the game. What I see out there is Warriors have problem making shots in the beginning but the Kings are even worst....basically they're waiting for Warriors to take over and that's exactly what happened...and the reason for that to happen is the Kings have a different mindset...expect Warriors to play great. Even Brown substitution ain't right...I never seen Sabonis and Fox sit at the same time. How are you expect the Kings to generate any points with both of them sitting? C'mon, you're not playing to win.

The Warriors are playing to the other side of the screen and we saw it in the regular season too, when teams do that to Huerter he can put the ball on the deck and/or run pnr out of it. Murray can't. He pretty much swings the ball right back out or stops the action. It's crazy out far away from the system Brown has gone but so far, it's put his team up 2-1 so it's a reason he's COY more than anything.

Just like last year’s postseason, the Warriors turned out to be better without Draymond on the floor.
They honestly did look better without him turning it over and more spacing. Atleast harder for the Kings to matchup with and keep up with switches. Constantly out of position for rebounds.

I thought Domas would’ve been able to eat better with just Looney to go against though. So that was disappointing that the Kings put no pressure on Looney. Among the many disappointments of this game.

Looney was focused, Poole was pretty awful but I think it amounted to Wiggins getting some more run and they all hurt us on the boards - oddly because the Warriors when they missed were missing horrifically and getting long boards. The guy who I think is the accused rapist didn't look that out of place either, hopefully we never see him again though.

I hate to tell you but the Kings being an interior defensive team ain't happening and that ain't on Brown, haha. That said, sticking with the switch so that any entrance to the paint at least has some sort of man to man defender involved can't be avoided. He did it in the first two games but tonight kind of gave a shot to run a little help which per usual, didn't work. Switch D is tough as it is but especially with the kind of personnel he has so letting them get some rest here and there is probably not a bad idea either.
I ineloquently worded my post. I meant the Warriors have no interior defense beyond Looney and we should’ve exposed that by hitting the paint relentlessly. we settled for threes. Not a wise strategy. Kings let the Warriors and the refs dictate the game.

Neither do I but it's also why people always seem to under appreciate Harrison. He looks like he should be Kobe Jr. talent wise but he just doesn't have the mentality and it's why he was sent out of Dallas for a bag of chips. They thought they were getting a number 1 option. He looks it, just doesn't eat like one. Peja was similar in that sense. But yeah, we're seeing why Barnes is so important to this team in the series so far.

Even when Looney was sitting they were successfully collapsing and swallowing up every single drive. Swarming and with active hands. You’d think they were good at it if you watched this game in a vaccuum.

Exaggerated, but It's probably in reference to the feel of momentum. We won 2 close games,....this is a blow out with them getting a starter back for next game
True, but remember, the Kings also shot like garbage the first 2 games and WE STILL won.....I just can't see this absolutely horrid shooting continuing for the rest of the series. Remember, this is a team that was pretty much outscoring the entire league most of the season.
