I just hope Sabonis doesn’t hurt anyone with a basketball tonight.![]()
I'd be surprised if he gets to play 20 minutes tonight.

Oh I definitely agree, I won’t be comfortable at all even if we go up 3-0. I was just pointing out that the crowd will be extra pumped to help prevent their team fall to the cursed 3-0 deficit.I just want to remind everyone that if a 3-0 were to happen here, it's not the end of the series. They win game 4 at home and take game 5 on the road....and then it's up for grabs where experience is even more valuable. It's not over till it's finished
I'll love it if the Kings can be up by 30 tonight. Being up 3-0 would be even better.Lots of observation about what a loss in game 3 might mean for the Warriors. I am of a mind that if the Kings lose tonight it's not a big deal but it certainly opens up the series. Absolutely the Kings have the advantage in both depth of personnel and momentum and kind of enjoying playing on the road going into tonight's game. The dilemma the Warriors have is that they're only hope now is to stretch this into a six or seven game series. And while yes being the defending champions every game is dangerous at their age, their injury history, and their short rotation more games equals more problems and more risk. Before the series started they wanted to end it quick that option is no longer available. Obviously the Kings went to end this quick while they've got the advantage and I hope they jump on it tonight. I am of a mind that if the Kings can go up 30 it'll be very difficult for the Warriors too sustain any kind of rally for a desperation game that they have to repeat every night for four more games. I really like our odds both literally and figuratively this evening. Without green the dho is back on the menu and we can hope to see Keegan and Kevin warming up. I'm going to assume that when looney has to rest we're going to see some kind of four guard lineup with Wiggins at center in which case we might actually see Metu play in a fast lineup to match up with the speed and hold the ball at the perimeter.
The more I think about it, the more I actually love all this hate for the Kings. The accusations, the media and opposing fan annoyance with us. I firmly believe the Kings coaching staff are working this brilliantly. They have their team bubble and know that everyone on their team has bought into their mantra, their belief system, and their belief in themselves. Stick to the game plan. Everything else is background noise that you just cancel out. The Kings know they are better, faster, and more poised than the GSW. The calls will definitely shift in GSW's favor for Game 3. But, all you have to do is execute and you will get your deserved victory.
Domas did this to them, he must be suspended, dirtiest man in the game.
what the heck. Is this gamesmanship or are the warriors potentially out half their team tomorrow
I expect to see it but with Dray out of the game and coming back for 4, it makes a lot more sense to foul him out that game. Warriors are going nowhere. It makes no sense to protect them, but they can give him a revenge game and extend the series back to Sacramento for some weeknight ratings.Expect to see Domas getting fouled out. The way the national media and the NBA had been toying around with the Draymond incident...
Dubbies about to become the 4th team to get swept...
That's a hissy fit. Let them do that and have the media try to defend it

For me, the series ends today....once we beat the holy crap out of the Warriors in front of their fans tonight, the only thing left to do will be for us to go back in two days and clean up what little we left out there.Caught the first two games while staying with my girlfriends family, so I had to behave.
Catching this one at a small bar where my friend works, will very likely be drunk and shouting profanity at the refs the entire game.
For me, the series begins today.
Go Kings!!!
Does that mean there'll be a local broadcast? Fox40?FYI I just noticed the game is also being broadcast on the king's network. So if you'd rather listen to Katie and probably Mark it's available.
Yes, on NBCSCA.Does that mean there'll be a local broadcast? Fox40?
@RoyalDivaYes, on NBCSCA.
Brown isn't concerned about the refs following moron NBA analysts and calling the game in favor of the Warriors. He's talking about being more physical going forward. I like it.
By the way, one player that definitely needs to be more physical in my opinion is Murray. He's out there at the 3-point line getting face guarded by the the likes of Thompson and DDV. Come on, Keegen. You're bigger and stronger than those guys. At the least you should push through those guys into the paint and get some more offensive rebounds. Get in the muck and punish these smaller dudes.
With Green out and the Warriors relying on Looney and Kuminga to fill the void, I see Game 3 as a major opportunity for Sabonis to take over with one of his vintage regular season triple double games.
Which perhaps just as importantly would open things up for Huerter and especially Murray to get into playoff rhythm and shake off whatever mental block or nerves they’ve been suffering through to start the series.
However, if the refs take the media blitz bait and lock Sabonis into foul trouble early, this might turn into a Steph Goes Hero Ball Mode game. Suddenly the refs use their whistles to open up lanes, create space, and bail Curry out with free throws whenever he drives into traffic without a plan.
If that happens, our best recourse is another Curry/Thompson vs. Fox/Monk duel and that comes down to purely who hits the most shots.
I was worried about this game before Draymond even got suspended. Now, I really see the Splash Brothers coming out super hot.
Tonight’s referee crew is Eric Lewis, Kevin Scott and Sean Corbin. Lewis and Corbin call the first and tenth most fouls per game this season, respectively. Get ready for a lot of whistles.
