Rockets @ Kings Game Thread

That's it. Something gotta change today. This should be the last straw. 14 points lead blown to pieces. It is just not right. It wasn't even T-Mac or Yao who did it. The Kings gave away 14 points lead to the Rockets bench! What was Adelman thinking?! He sat half the starters on the bench while they lose their lead, and then make Reef guard Yao? I love Reef, but Yao is a freaking giant! You don't let 6'9" PF guard Shaq, and you don't let him guard Yao! Especially not in the last 3 minutes trailing behind them! What is he thinking? Coach the darn team, honestly!

I hope this team considers making some really BIG changes cause they are not headed towards the right direction with this mediocre roster. Enough is enough...

reggie is right we have no bench!

we need a bench!!!! thomas clearly isn't working. geez get us something!

all i want for christmas is KG! and a bench! and wally, he's a hottie ( the moods come and go, but something about me will never change ;) )

2-18 in the 4th. Unbelievable.

How do you shoot 2-18, as an NBA basketball team ? That is beyond me.

Anyone who wants to blame Adelman for this loss needs to look at that stat. 2-18, people. That would be a pretty crappy thing to be fired for.

This is what a lot of Kings fans wanted, I hope they are happy with the results. Absolutely no leadership of any kind.

The starters gave it ALL they had. They had the effort and thats all I can really ask. Just too tired at the end of the game. Face it, it was 5 against 10 out there tonight.

Can't wait to see what Sir Charles has to say!

You know, the starters just have no legs for the end of the game. They're too tired. Pretty hard to get leads and then have to fight out of a hole, when the bench loses the lead and more. At least Petrie and the Maloofs look really unhappy. I certainly hope they are really unhappy.
that's true, they are too tired and that's why they're always can't keep the consistency

I looked at the next 7 games...I bet we go 1-6, with our only win against the Hornets (and that's no easy game, as we know).

8-18?

And I thought 4 pts for the bench in the 1st half was bad... shoulda known.

yeah they got really hot in the firs half for 4 pts and cooled down in the 2nd half for only 2 pts

The sad thing is that Petrie traded Webber for 3 of the guys on that pathetic bench.

Haha are you kidding me, Hornets will beat the crap out of us and walk out with a win.

Man, I think this is it. I think the wheels start turning tommorrow for Geoff Petrie and the Maloofs. What direction they decide to go is anyones guess. Will they fire Adelman before the road trip?
They're going to have to put the wheels back on first. They have obviously fallen off.;)

I think right before a major, tough road trip is the worst time they could choose to fire RA. There is no time to practice. Unless it is a coach who'll come in and not change the style immediately. Not unless you want to lose all of those road games.

I agree...RA will not be fired very soon, IMO.
