And Conley is on a wildly differently structured team. If you get a team full of traditional post people and perimeter guys who can't create for themselves at a high level, then having a PG to get those guys offense becomes increasingly important. When you are on a team who's Top 4 returning weapons (Reke, Cousins, Thornton and Beno) can all create their own shots, a PG who actually does more than jsut bring it up and pas it off to initiate things could almost be an impediment.
Felton fit well next to Amare, because Amare needs his offense created to some degree, and so of course did most of those roleplayers. But put him on Miami, and he would be an awkward afterthought at best. Not a one size fits all thing.
