Kingz19

Hall of Famer
They hit 11 more threes and the Kings are winning.

Points in the paint, free throws, and not turning it over.

Looks good.

Im especially feeling good about how good DDR looks in the offense. I was expecting more “ball stopping” between him and Fox but he’s playing off Domas and also playing in the flow.

Monk dropped 13.

Domas looks really good. Especially liking that middy.

Mason Jones good minutes

All that talk about offensive rebounds, and i really just want us to guard the 3 better than we have before. That would change everything
Some of those shots were pretty well defended honestly but yeah the Kings team defense was a little bit iffy for sure. Once the Kings pressured the ball, the tide turned yet again.

Kings look a lot like they did 2 years ago on offense. Incredible off-ball movement, lots of passing, Domas finding cutters, everyone playing unselfish. I don't think we had a single "ball-stop" moment that entire half.

Loved the elbow DHO action with DDR and Domas. That's going to be absolutely lethal to try and stop. Corner shooters better be ready to hit; think there's going to be a ton of wide open 3's available.

Deebo makes a huge difference for us. Sabonis being aggressive with his shot is awesome and he should he can make them. I wish Fox put more pressure on the rim but I get not doing in preseason
Huge difference. Fox is no longer on an island. I will say, yeah, there is a downgrade defensively from Barnes to him, but the difference on offense is obvious. The Kings have too many weapons in the high percentage areas now. The next test is when teams throw zone at them.

The Kings play absolutely exactly the same as last season. Just added an old man who's playing his 15th seasons. We drafted a dude who already hurt his shoulder and won't join till midseason. I don't get all the sudden hype from this board.

This season is over before it even started. We should just blow it up and rebuild.

I'm not sure DDR is a defensive downgrade from HB. I love Barnes, but he was pretty awful on that end last season.

You’re absolutely right, don’t even waste your time. See you next year!

Watched most of the first half, the spacing in our starting lineup is pretty bad. Their defense looked sloppy. I'm really hoping we're not a repeat of last years team... except trade our 3s for 2s.

I love Keon, but he doesn't have the gravitational pull that Kevin does. A healthy Kevin probably takes the starting job back just based off his reputation as a 3pt specialist.

I never believed it for a second when they said Sabonis would start taking more 3s. But his pull-up mid range shot was nice

DDR looks great on offense

See? I was only slightly more hyperbole than this.
