Sabonis didn't so much change his number for DeRozan as he got the Kings to let him wear the number he'd worn prior to arriving in Sacramento, which made #10 available to DeRozan.

Domas always wanted 11 but it was retired for Bob Davies. With the family's blessing Sabonis was allowed to wear it this season.

That was overall a good half. Last year if a team made 11 more threes than us we would be down 30. Most makes weren’t the swing it around the horn for a wide open shot either.
