I want Metu to be a thing so badly, but the dude just can't shoot, no matter how many chances he gets. I do think he'd be a rotation player if he had a consistent jumper, but it just hasn't shown up.

I want Metu to be a thing so badly, but the dude just can't shoot, no matter how many chances he gets. I do think he'd be a rotation player if he had a consistent jumper, but it just hasn't shown up.

I just wanted him to be a thing because it would rub Bagley's nose in it and make him look bad.

But he's gone so I don't have to worry about that anymore.

He didn't get to start, which worried many here. But he quickly proved to be worthwhile, to say the least.

Our third string consists of three of our top nine guys from last year. Metu and Davis even got some starts, so that's an improvement.

What a difference an off-season makes. Len, T.Davis and Metu were three of our key bench rotation players for a good chunk of last year. So much nicer when they're you're 11-14 guys instead.
