I don't see why boston would do this deal, they are rebuilding. So i only could image that they would not be doing any deal which would cause them to gain contracts. Why not just keep Paul, if they were going to do this trade. They have great young players with west and jefferson so i don't see them having much interset in bibby or thomas. And why do the bucks trade magloire? The only why we get Pierce is if we trade him stright up for Willamson and Peja and maybe adding a draft pick would seal the deal.

Correct.

I'm not expeting the King's to be a title contender after that trade.

I would take that over this line-up every day of the week.

We aren't going to get much trading the core away. That is max what we wil get.

So is anyone going to touch my KG trade or is it that bad???
I am not trying to be mean but KG trades are not worth talking about because never going to happen, its not that the trade is bad.

Which Boston would NOT do.

You are not getting Pierce for Peja and Corliss.

Sorry...You just aren't. Boston could get soooooo much more for Pierce.

I would have to disagree i love the lineup but I just don't think the trade has a realisc chance of happening.

If that's the max we can expect to get by trading the core away, we might as well keep them.

BMiller52 - My problem with a lot of these trade posts are people put too much information into them. I personally like what ForlornKing did, although I didn't really care for the players involved. We all pretty much know the stats of the people involved. Just give us the names in a clear format.

:D

yeah, but that's just because it has SAR still on the Kings.

Please tell me why would Boston take two big contracts in bibby and thomas when they are rebuilding. The only reason way they are trading Pierce is because of his big contract so why would they want to gain any more?

LoL, i am all for trading sar for anybody that help the kings. My favorite trade thus far was the chandler/Nonich for sar/peja/hart trade.

Not going to happen, but no idea why a Watson/Bonzi/Pierce/SAR/Magliore starting crew with Gadzuric/Skinner off the bench up front and the kids at the backup 1-3 is a sucky lineup. Actually quite a good one. A #1 scorer (Pierce) a #2 (SAR) a #3 (Bonzi) and bangers , boarders, hustlers, defenders all over the floor. That's a 50 win team.

Sorry, I'm used to realgm when I make trades and I don't want to have to answer a lot of questions about it later if people have them. I think it benefits everyone involved, it gives minnesota more flexibility(no I'm not talking about the webber trade flexibility:mad: ) and gives them a pretty bright future. Orlando gets a 2 and they need one. So do you like it or not?

I got to agree with u brick, I love the trade but there is almost no chance of the trade happening.

Then we disagree. You like it; I don't. Possibly because I don't like the idea of getting rid of Peja, Bibby AND Miller. I guess I'm just a sentimental softie.

A 50 win team, sans the Princeton offense!

Boston has already re-builded.

They have a TON of youth in Jefferson, Perkins, West, and they want somebody who can come in and score Right now.

Then why not just keep pierce then, he would do that better then any body they would bring in. Look boston is still in rebuilding mode the only why he gets traded is if it is for exp contracts and draft picks.

In other news, I live in Orlando, and franices is pretty much gone right now, it's just like the artest stuation. Franices is suspended and now i am hearing from some magic forums that he has just demamded a trade, so franices is now on the market if the kings want him which i think they don't.

Well, kind of a separate issue. Doesn't have much to do with whether that would be a winning team or not.

I didn't realize I had to make all my comments/feeling rational.

;)

Of course, all of it being predicated on Denver taking Peja for Nene and Watson rather makes it an impossible dream anyway...

I am with u, if i were the kings would not even touch Steve. A Ballhogg and Cancer i doubt that the kings would go after him.

Man the magic have been in a free fall since they traded t-mac but the number one problem has been grant hill and his ankle, he has just killed the magic org, he needs to retire. Hill he has gotten people fired and traded, he needs to leave.

Successful Scenario
Due to Sacramento, Indiana, and Orlando being over the cap, the 25% trade rule is invoked. Sacramento, Indiana, and Orlando had to be no more than 125% plus $100,000 of the salary given out for the trade to be accepted, which did happen here. This trade satisfies the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.

sorry....the same is basically the same for bibby as it is for franchise....

no interest....if bibby could play defense, it might be a bit more tempting-though not likely due to payroll issues...

Name me the PG's that play "defense" that are worth anything.
