Old Trade Thread (no longer need to post all trades here)

Trade Peja for Artest, Geoff! Not because Artest would be an upgrade in talent, (I do believe that however) but because he'll be an upgrade in trade value. What makes him scary and a "gamble" also makes him exciting and ooze potential. As long as he performs there will always be someone willing to take him on. With that and his small contract, It might be our only chance to dump KT’s contract... and I like KT, just not his contract. In fact I think he should be starting with Rahim coming off the bench being our 6th man. That way we can allow him to play his game, and just go all out. No setting up other players, just dominate the ball and be an offensive spark plug.

I like Peja for Deng, but not more than Peja to Toronto. I wish that could happen. Come on Toronto, make Phil really pay for his comments. Send Bosh to us and we'll torture the Lakers for you.

I wish lol. Peja+Reef+Martin+a pick for bosh and rose lol.

how about skinner/hart/sampson to washington for atkins/butler? we could even send martin or garcia since butler is locked up for the next 5 years for peanuts....

I would LOVE Caron Butler here.... his game rules. I think he's a strong canidate for 6th man of the year.

With that, we'd have no back-up center at all then though..

Adding Garcia would make it even more funnier.

Haha, I know... hopefully Skinner's PT continues like lately or more. But I was saying we wouldn't have any center on the bench.

Aren't we all missing the point here? Don't we need a better bench? I think the Kings bench is 28th in the league in scoring. We need some Finley's or Van Exel's or a JJ or a Jon or Bobby. We have Corliss who brings inside help for a team with too many outside shooters. We should keep Skinner as he is only true back up at the 5. KT is coming on great as the only bench guy really contributing every game. EVen Hart is not holding up his end.

Trade for bench players. Do a 2 for 1 for a real shooter-scorer and bring in Sampson to see what he can do or at least become some trade bait.

I don't think anyone is missing the point that our bench needs improvement. There are guys out there to be had, whether it's trading or free-agents.

I agree on Sampson, while it may not mean too much, I want to see the guy get some minutes.

Rick Should make a rotation more like this, like I said in another thread.

Instead of putting SAR at the 5, put him at the 3, B52 at the 4, and Skinner at the 5.

Bibby,Wells,SAR,B52,Skinner.

This is a substitution, not who I want starting.

Consistent and being Incosistent.

...well not at choking in the 4th.

oh well...with Ron Artest wanting to stay put, and Petrie with his love of Peja, and Adelman not playing his bench right...things will remain mediocre the rest of the season here in the land of 'Kings'. 40-42 record about to come.

Ron Artest won't be playing if he stays put with the Pacers, and isn't dealt for, as CEO Donnie Walsh has said.

hopefully you arent posting this because you think he would be good for the Kings. He's just another shooter who cant play a lick of defense.
I just posted it to see what other people think. If not Jason Hart, I'd rather have Earl Watson/Mike James/Marcus Banks as our back-up PG.
