Oddly enough, I was clearing out a dresser drawer a few days ago and found this...

It was one of the shirts they gave out at the games. I don't remember which game I got it at but I think it might have been during the Dallas series. I was really surprised at the flood of emotions and memories it brought back.

I have a couple of the "Feel the Roar" shirts with a different design that are old and I wear around the house for yard work, etc. Nice to find one in good shape! I also have one of the stiff paper "Feel the Roar" signs they handed out at games on my office wall.

Anyone else have the Peja Babooshka dolls? I think my would be father in law gave me these, possibly they were a Round Table Pizza promotion of some sort? I think they are the most random team souvenir I've ever had. Did they make them for other players too?

I have Peja's and yes, they did make them for other players, too.

I won't swear to it, I guess, but I thought they had others at other weeks. Maybe I'm confusing it with something else, though. I'm easily confused these days.

The ones I have are from 2003 - that's why they are different.

Yep. Got one. A fried of ours got it for us at a Carls Jr special up in Auburn the day they came out way back when. Been thinking about selling to highest bidder???

That's a bobblehead, right? The one I am talking about are like the Russian nesting dolls. I believe there is one for each Kings jersey.

Lots of bobbleheads are out there from several different seasons. The Russian nesting dolls, however, are different. If anyone has one other than Peja, I'd sure like to see a picture of it.

NOTE: I'm searching a lot of the memorabilia sites to see if I can find anything.

Here's a picture of the nesting doll, next to my signed Vlade bobblehead. The Peja doll is ceramic and quite heavy and says "Round Table" along the edge of each figurine.



I just looked at the nesting dolls again. They're from China, and probably covered with lead paint.

I had mine in the back row of one of my memorabilia shelves. When I brought it out to take the picture, I could swear the eyes followed me. I think that's why I put it in the back in the first place. It's almost as bad as the horrible Bobby Jackson stuffed doll.
