The difference between BCB and every other run of the mill QB in the league is that Brock would have somehow turned this into a positive play or at least thrown the ball away and guys like Zack Wilson would end up doing this

Honestly, it just might be he's actually healthy for the first time in his career and we're seeing the first round talent actually get to play at 100%.

Guy’s been really undurable for his career though and still wouldn’t be seeing the field instead of CMC. The production and speed’s never been in question for the five games a season that the guy’s healthy but he’s already been questionable for games this season due to injury.

I’d rather have CMC.

Glad Mostert is healthy though but he played 9 games in his final 2 years with the team. You basically have no choice but to move on considering how important that position is..and the belief that Shanahan would always find a running back. He found Mostert after all.

Was never talent with Mostert, purely just his availability. And shanny is actually a God at finding RB production; mostert is good, but we've had like 3 backs since him basically just as good if not better. And CMC is clearly levels ahead

CMC clearly better than Mostert, but I take Mostert at #2 over anyone else we’ve had since. Wilson was fine. Mitchell is in the same ballpark, really good but injury prone, but I’d put Mostert ahead of him.

Just imagining CMC and Mostert as 1/2 is wild.

Also; maybe I was wrong about Fields. Lmao

Ouch. Bad loss for da Boys. It seems I’ve underestimated our competition in the NFC West. Arizona, although 1-2 has been mostly competitive, Seattle 2-1 now, Rams 1-1 with Bengals looming. Niners still far and away better but it would seem the rest of the West not just going to lay down for Caleb.
