I'm glad to hear that Tyreke learned his lesson. Base on the article, I believe he's on the right path to being a mature responsible adult.

By the comments from others at the class, it sounds like Tyreke took the class very seriously and that it had an impact on him. Hopefully it sticks with him.

Young people especially don't focus on potential bad outcomes when they impulsively do dangerous things. I don't think I know anyone among my friends and relatives who haven't looked back at some youthful actions and thought, "Boy, that was a really stupid thing to do." That includes me.
