I think maybe its better if we don't, just because while we are sitting around talking trade his wife could be sick (does he have one?) or his kid got in a car accident, or his marriage is breaking up, or his dad is dying.

This much personal time is unusual, and it could very well mean trade. But let's hold off on anything shallow until we know this isn't a serious life issue.

I was just joking about the speculation part, because you know it's human nature, or is it just Kingsfans.com nature? Either way, whehter I said it or not, it would probably happen.

Hope everything is ok, but on a positive note, maybe we will see more JW, Muss should just let him play some real minutes already so i can stop talkin about it.

From what I heard on the radio, the Kings left for NY right after the game last night. If Brad was given the game off for personal reasons, I doubt he would be ready to travel right after the game. If he's out for tomorrow's game, then something is unusual.

Maybe Petrie traded Brad for one of those portable "yield" signs that you see along the road? The traffic sign would display the same basic message and probably give a better interview. It might even block a few shots.

It could happen.

Or maybe he's getting traded to Orlando for Howard!

Our troubles are over!!!
You've got jokes!:D

But on the real...I hope that everything with Brad and his family are ok. I'm sure whatever it is we'll here in due time. I'm sure Grant will have something for us tomorrow...the Rise Guys perhaps, too.

News 10 reporting, etc.

Read on the web last night where a person who was in the practice facility with the team said Brad got a phone call and was visibly shaken and left immediately. So, let the jokes cease and let him deal with whatever this is.

Not sure if anyone posted this but some writer from New York was on Koz's show last night and said something about "Miller & baby" in the same sentence when talking about why Miller didn't play. My guess is that his Fiance' or wife(not sure if they are married yet) had a baby.

I heard that on Koz's show too.

Heard that also. They did not comment on it further, presumably because earlier in the show they said Miller was ok and that he (Miller) had requested the situation be kept quiet/confidential.

If he needs to be away from the team for a legitimate reason, he needs to let everyone know what that reason is. His failure to do that only causes speculation. He's a public figure here, and I expect him to explain why he needs time away. All other athletes do it...why is Miller an exception? There's something fishy going on, folks..........

The only thing fishy is your comments. They are totally uncalled for and YOU deserve nothing.

At some point I will expect Miller to tell us what's going on. The Kings are spiraling out of control, so it's not a good time to lose a starter for mysterious reasons. But if he comes back and starts to play better and more aggressively, all will be forgiven, but not a moment sooner.
