[NBA] Comments that Don't Warrant Their Own Thread (Playoffs?)

Man I really hope the Mavs beat the Lakers! Peja hitting clutch threes against the Lakers? About a decade too late! lol

But seriously, Peja can still contribute. And Dirk is still kicking ***, best PF still in the playoffs.

I also hate the bandwagon laker fans. They're hating on Gasol now but if it weren't for him, they wouldn't have 3 straight conference titles and 2 NBA titles.
 
Gotta admit, I was guiltily going for the Lakers in the West so they could take down Miami just in case the Bulls or Celtics couldn't. But it's basically impossible for me to actively root for the Lakers, everytime I watch a Laker game, I automatically cheer for the other team (unless it's Miami).

Can't say I care if Bibby wins a title or not if it's in Miami, if Miami randomly signed me, I would hope that I lose every game while there.

This sentence made my day!

I expect a lot of fire tonight. Lakers will play over 100% to stay in the playoffs and maybe even refs will push them a little bit. On the other hand, Dallas should do everything to finish this series today and they shouldn't take anything for granted yet. Hope to see another good game from my favorite player, but it'll be different with Artest on the court.

What's the situation with Rondo?

THANK GOD the Heat signed Bosh to waste away cap space. He wants no part of the playoffs or clutch situations. If the Heat used that money on multple good role players .. they would be so scary.

If they win, it will be no thanks to him. If they lose, they might give it one more year .. but I could see him traded somewhere down the line.

Wow. Peja just stole a pass and went about full court stride for a one man fast break lay in. Then he grabbed his back and did that 'I'm getting too old for this stuff' thing.
 
Go Mavs. So far they are coming close to humiliating the Lakers which I really didn't expect to see. But, there is time for a Lakers rally so the game isn't over.
 
wow, i hope bynum gets suspended starting next season. bynum is a dirty *** player. he hurt perkins in the finals and now try to hurt barea.
 
Wow. The L.A. Flagrants have completely melted down. What an embarrassment. At this point Jackson should just put the deep bench in and tell them to dribble out the clock until the disgrace is over.
