The way I interpret the rule is that a catch and shoot can occur if 0.3 seconds is left on the clock, no less. Recent league wide interpretation has people believing that the language necessitates 0.4 seconds for a catch and shoot. If I'm missing something, the rulebook is in that link and someone will be lurking to strike me down.

"NO LESS THAN :00.3 must expire on the game clock when a ball is thrown inbounds and then hit instantly out-of-bounds"
I think the rule does mean that 0.4 seconds must be on the clock. If 0.3 remains and you deduct 0.3 no time remains. You must have at least 0.4 then to get a shot off other than a tip, which can take only 0.1. This has how it has been stated by every NBA announcer also.
I don't care what the standards are 33 games into his career. I know what is realistic. Tyreke played well in the 2nd half and created for others. No one really converted. He also has 0 TO's. Now, he didn't shoot that well, and he has played much better for us. But JT, Omri, Beno, and Ime all played poorly, and Noc and Sergio barely showed up. There's plenty of blame to go around.maybe, but standards aren't same for everybody. With Evans - the criticism will be proportional to praise. Get used to it.
or hold oneThis team has no clue as to how to build a lead.
worse than GS?one of the worst 4th quarter collapses ever

Nearly every game this year and pretty much every time i refresh the Play-by-Play, i seem to get this error
"Andres Nocioni misses 25-foot three point jumper"
It must be an error it comes up way too much... Does this guy ever pass the ball!

If you look at the quote I was referring to, standards were brought up. Neither played well by their standards. No, Beno kept us in the game in first half. and Omri had 11/11. They both played great.
