Kingsfans Mock Draft (the day before) - LISTS ONLY!

Gary

All-Star
Let's keep the thread to everyone mock drafts rather than a huge discussion on the different players. Thi is the day before the draft so I was thinking this is as good of day as any.

We can do top ten, top fifteen, the whole first round, or first, and second. Myself? I am doing top ten :)

1. Portland - Greg Oden - no brainer

2. Seattle - Kevin Durant - no brainer

3. Atlanta - Al Horford - Might be one of the best in the draft?

4. Memphis - Mike Conley - We might see Memphis trade this pick. Mike Conley could come at #5-#7. But Memphis does need a PG if they keep Warrick at PF.

5. Boston - Yi Jianlian - They need a big to play C. Which in the East Yi can pull off. They also need a PG so they could take Conley if Memphis doesn't bite.

6. Milwaukee - Joakim Noah - PF PF PF PF PF.. Milwaukee needs a PF more than anything. They were the onyl team with a worse PF lineup than the Kings.

7. Minnesota - Brandan Wright - Think Wright, and Garnett. Two athletic 6'10+ guys on the court together. But will Garnett stay in Minnesota? If not than they will draft Jeff Green.

8. Charlotte - Jeff Green - Wallace gone? Green will take over.

9. Chicago - Spencer Hawes - Bulls need a PF more than anything, but I can see them moving Wallace to PF, and put Hawes at C.

10 Sacramento - Corey Brewer - With Artest probally out of here the Kings will select Brewer as the future of the SF if Garcia doesn't work out.

Less talk, more mocks! Come on people, I am curious to se who gets closest!

You all see nbadraft.net today? They updated after I posted here, and they have a close to mine mock.. At least the top 5 or so.

NOTE: I took away all the posts that aren't mock draft lists. Lists only here, folks. We have a gazillion threads with arguments about whom will be picked when. - VF21

with some draft day deals:
bibby to atlanta if the pheonix trade falls through. Bibby goes for the 11 and Josh Smith.

Hawks Lineup:
Bibby
Johnson
Marvin Williams
Horford
Pachulia/S Williams

Kings Lineup:
pg Law, hopefully Mo Wil
Martin
Artest/Garcia
KT/SAR/BWright
Miller

Maybe Portland ships Zach Randolph to Milwaukee to make room for Oden and get another pick. Randolph for Gadzuric/6. This way they could unite Conley and Oden if he slides, or draft Green or Brewer here. If they are able to do this and draft conley, then sign Lewis or Carter to play SF, watch out. Scary Lineup.

Conley
Roy
Lewis/Carter
Aldridge
Oden

10. All that's left is Hawes, Thornton or J.Wright. Rumor had it that Thornton's workout in Sac was unimpressive, but no telling whether that was a smokescreen or not. I'm hoping that it was, and that we pick Thornton. I fear that we could pick Hawes, but J.Wright would also be a very GP kind of choice (even though we don't need a SF). Coin flip time... coin says J.Wright.

I think Memphis would be wise to take Jianlian and look to deal him to the Warriors for Ellis/Biedrins/#18...then pick up Kopenen who they love at #18.
