He's a completely one dimensional player but that one dimension is what got him paid in the first place. That said at his best this team can't afford the highest paid backup C in the league. Totally bad value but he can help the team with what he does.
They are down 12, we can at least watch it and laugh looking at Klay's bags and bags of ice on his knee now.League Pass showing the Klay 37 point quarter at halftime because of course it is.

He's still recovering but I've noticed like with Barnes, they aren't really looking for him nearly as much anymore. That probably has something to do with their team having so many guards now. Even Wiggins is basically a huge SG. Klay as that 3rd guy is legendary, as a 2nd? I never really got those vibes from him but he can obviously go off on any given night or quarter as Grant would be happy to tell you about around a campfire.
Before the bashing to his eye, he did more. Off ball shot blocking and good parimeter defense, when switched onto wings/guards
Bingo!Start fox monk and hunter for all I care. Bench Barnes
Lmao wow. I think I’m just gonna record the rest of this game and watch later though. My nerves can’t handle it because now i REALLY want this win.League Pass showing the Klay 37 point quarter at halftime because of course it is.
I think we've seen him enough to know that while it would be awesome if he wasn't the type that once his offense is rolling his effort, energy, and everything else picks up it's what he is.
Domas 14 points 11 rebounds 4 assists
Fox 18 points 4 assists
That will get it done.
It’s San Francisco, most of these people have probably never seen a dog in their lives before arbitrarily splurging on a purebred puppy. These people never worked with dogs before?
If you want the dog to move to a certain place, you gotta all hover by that place and not spread all over the place yelling random instructions and throwing treats willy-nilly...
I thought the Warriors might come out ablazing because of losing five in a row. If the Kings can just play some fundamentally sound basketball in the 2nd half and get half as many ref calls as what they deserve, Kings should be fine.
He could still turn it around. Probably not on this team. Interestingly, I don't recall that the high percentage short distance shot was what earned him the starting job, when he was brought in to be a backup. I remember a hard nosed energy big. The extra offense came a little later, with all the playing time
First season he left, and GSW is the absolute bottom in team defense rating. Can't argue with facts.
And if and when the Warriors gear their whole gameplan around them in the 2nd half that's when Barnes and Murray have to be ready to step it up. Keep launching. Don't overthink things.
Kings have a 64.28% chance of winning. We shall see.
