Worst case we only have to suffer with him for the rest of this season. I hope he figures something out though. It's still early in the season. Mike Brown giving him his minutes despite the struggles may eventually pay off.
If, IF, we get close to sniffing some kind of post-season basketball, Barnes' experience WILL come in handly.

Just sayin'

Domas is so good at positioning his screens so guys can't even get their hands up. It's the best a Kings player has set them since Brad Miller
Now that he's shooting those mid range jumpers he's basically Brad. Better in the post, worse on that shot. They are similar passers too. They're technique instead of creativity like a Vlade, Cuz, or Webber.

Man, that shot of Keon Ellis made me really want to see him out there. That's some of the G/F defense they need.
It's unfortunate for him that he plays the one position that we're actually deep/playing well at. Huerter/Monk/TD are all on various forms of heaters and none of them have been bad enough at defense to make me actively pine for Keon.

So Ordinary That It's Truly Quite Extraordinary

You might be surprised to know that coming in to the game, we were the #1 team in the league in defensive rebounding.
I knew that we were doing well in that stat but we've failed to secure rebounds at some pretty decisive moments (last 5 mins vs. the Heat game 2 comes to mind) so it doesn't pass the eye test.
