Outside of the ending I thought this was one of our better defensive performances. SGA did his thing and Joe was on one but I liked what I saw overall. Having said that, who gets the chain? Gotta be Keegan no?

issue they're gonna come upon now though is their lack of open roster spaces for those picks and some of their earlier picks coming up for extensions after they've already given SGA and Dort huge extensions. Giddey and Poku are gonna ask for extensions this summer and they might not be able to keep both at this point.

OKC is going to be flat out scary on defense. Monte might have to look at the future and consider them as a potential threat down the line. Just not tonight.

OKC is one of the hottest teams in the NBA and have actually done it on the road and against better competition(mainly thinking of their dominant road win in Philly) than the Kings, Grizz, and Nuggets been playing as of late. They also pose some matchup problems and played very well tonight and the Kings still beat ‘em.
Kings need to clean up how they handle the ball when they are killing clock. I don’t mind the matador defense if if they are able to inbound the ball.

Keegan did quite well in the switch scheme early, I'd say so.
Kings -3, I believe.
I know that last call wasn't Tony Brothers and I don't know how much rotation there is in crews but that it's kind of gotten to the point when he's the head official I know it's not going to be fun.

Nice game, good win and just a sloppy ending (with many turnovers and refs mode on) left a bitter taste - you can loose games like that.

Next step is hopefully some of these teams in the muck start hoping and wishing and making moves for the big French unicorn so things start separating a little.
