so frustrating. now we get to watch the Kings hover around a 8-12 point deficit for the rest of the game thanks to Smarts idiotic lineup AS USUAL

There are about 3-4 players on this team worth keeping. Thompson, Evans, Cousins, and Thornton. Everyone else is irrelevant. Hayes is ridiculously over valued. Terrible can't finish around the rim at all.

I'm going to make a prediction....the Nets will shoot around 32% in the 2nd half and the Kings will make a game of it. These things have a funny way of working themselves out.

This is a little step backwards on the road to cohesive team play. They're behind so they're resorting to their old tricks of selfishness and tunnel vision instead of good team play. I'm not real happy with Aaron Brooks right now, and agree with whomever it was (MassachusettsKingsFan?) who said earlier that he's not playing team ball and it's setting the tone for everyone else to not play team ball.

This half has been a textbook example of why I believe that offense is overrated. That ugly five-minute stretch where "Smart" had five reserves on the court aside, the Kings have played pretty good, offensively, by most objective standards.

When does he ever play team ball? All he does is chuck night in and night out and when he does try to pass he jumps in the air with nobody to throw it to and turns it over.

EDIT: Although he does have 3 assists so maybe I don't know what the hell I'm talking about!
