If this was 1988 we'd be getting free Whoppers...120 pts baby!
It was western bacon cheeseburgers when I was a kid... man those were the days.

I was thinking the same thing, if we end up with a big winning streak without Martin it brings back memories of 2004 when C-webb returned and ruined the team chemistry. Granted, C-webb was crippled when he returned and presumably Martin won't, but just sayin.
I really LOVE this team. Haven't seen basketball this good since the good years.
Thanks for the valuable information
They can both do their thing and they can both have a TON of weight off their shoulders.
What does this do to Martin?
Yeah but wheres he been in the fouth
I'm anxious to see how we use this new energy against an elite team.
with marin and kenny out plus shareefs and mikkis salary out. We would have 26 million in the off season to make a move.
My sister just came back from the game and said that there was a pretty bad FIGHT in ARCO after the game. It was a bunch of Warriors fans fighting some Kings fans. Even WOMEN were throwing punches. About 15 minutes after the fight started, the cops showed up, made some arrests, and etc etc.
Anyone who was at the game saw why the fight broke off?
I've been really afraid of something like this. And this is the LAST thing the organization needs. An exciting young team just starting to ignite interest and it's the fight that will undoubtedly lead the late news.

Seriously, just when things start getting exciting, some dumb fans have to start some idiotic crap. Those people need to grow up.
Hopefully it won't make the news though, as it happened in the hall, not anywhere around the court.![]()
As I was shooting the game (pictures to be posted later) I just HAD to comment to those around me - Nelly showed absolutely zero emotion tonight. And that was even during calls against the Warriors.
Maybe he's into meditation now? Guess that high blood pressure medication really works!![]()
i think we found a coach.!!
that was the most fun ive had watchin kings ball in years.!!
great team ball, minutes spread out to the whole team.!!
Rookies look amazing.!!
Donte realizing he can get to the rack!!!
We have a beautiful young nucleus and a coach to grow with them.
Its a great time to be a kings fan.![]()
The bad thing is it was probably Warriors fans, itching for a fight because they really expected to walk into Arco and walk out with another win much like last season. They did not expect to lose... And if you saw Jackson's face on the bench that had to be reflective of how his fans in the stands were feeling.
I'm watching the news on 13 and recording the news on 40. If they have anything, I'll post it.
Thats what I'm thinking. Kings fans are some of the most passionate about their team, but they are also alot classier than fans of alot of other teams fans (see most lakers fans). Not to say a buttload of beer pretty much throws class out the window, but, if its as big as a fight as the one stated, I'm sure their was more to it than alchohal.
Do you think teams are being thrown off with a lot of new faces and contributions? I'm sure the Warriors weren't going into this game expecting a Casspi and Greene duo destroying them from off the bench. I'm just excited for everyone stepping their game. I think we owe OKC a little revenge from the whooping they handed us in the opening game.
Always, and when adjustemnts are made and we are recognized as a threat, things will get harder. I'm sure Reke in particualr has got defensive assistants all over the league doodling up ways to stop him when we meet them,, and he's going to have to adapt to the attention. But the Warriros in particular are just a dead franchise. They don't prepare for anybody, and most nights they barely try. The roster is ridiculous, the coach is burned out and coasting, and the chemistry is broken. So doubt we particularly surprised them tonight -- they hardly care.
