I guess some of the stats had him in the 2/3 range but he's really fallen off. Fox is still like 5 points in every metric better than his closest competitor, which I think is currently DeRozan. In the reddit threads where Mavs are turning on him its noted that while his points are ok, the team hasn't actually come back often in the final possession of a game. I think they have 1 win while trailing by 1 possession in the final ten seconds.
