Assuming Monk makes both, if you're the Kings, do you foul and play for the win?
uh what? No, you don't give them 2 free FT's. Force them to hit a contested shot to win it

If Monk hits both, the game is tied. Why would you foul?Assuming Monk makes both, if you're the Kings, do you foul and play for the win?

Because the Kings haven't been able to stop the Blazers all nightIf Monk hits both, the game is tied. Why would you foul?
Brown went back to the core and they didn't deserve it. For some reason HB gets a leash for being terrible, but Keegan stays on the bench? At least Keegan was playing defense.
Also very little Kessler/Keon here in the 4th. Not rewarding them for stellar defense

Absolutely not. You go for the stop - or the steal if it's there.Assuming Monk makes both, if you're the Kings, do you foul and play for the win?

Uhhhhhhhhhhhh you might wanna doublecheck the score.And....we lose. Serves us right.

Orders from on high to keep his minutes down so we can afford him in free agency next summerMonk with 17 FTA. GOD DAMN.
Maybe play him more than 25 minutes Brown? MAYBE????
Hella lolpre-loaded message? LOL
Yeah it's a tied game and we haven't really been able to stop them going down-hill. I know it's not a popular strategy, but fouling puts them at the line and forces them to make their shots. Regardless if they make both or not, we'd have the final possession to call game because it'd only be a 2pt game at max.I think the suggestion is to give up FTs and then have the ball for the last play. I don't know if that strategy has really ever been employed in a tie game.

We managed to stop the Blazers, but I don't think it's an awful strategy....
we'll never know if it would've worked nowI like most of your ideas and you're very smart. But this ain't it lol. It's a very bad strategy
