Maybe Dillon Brooks was more valuable to them, then they knew? Houston thinks so
Memphis DRTG is virtually the same this year as it was last year. They’re ORTG is 10.5 pts worse this year. That seems more like something Morant would help with vs. a guy who averaged 16 FGA per 36 min with a .494 TS%.

It was accidental but hard accidental fouls always seem to be called flagrant nowadays. But usually Domas getting elbowed in the face doesn’t get a call at all

oh wow not a flagrant. not mad about it but I swear any head contact is flagrant in this league.

Dude definitely getting the Ty Corbin “Coaching for his Life” Award.
I'd put him right about where Luke Walton was at entering his third season. Although I am not sure there is a Gentry behind him so he probably gets the season. And Jordi would probably be a good hire for them next year if he doesn't get a more ready-now team.

I’m totally ok with including Murray I’m any deal that lands a legit 2/3 option. Huerter and Barnes can hit the bricks as well, but not sure what of value that would even net the kings

Very true, but if teams like the Rox are legit? Goodness gracious. 50+ win teams of last year might be topped at 45 wins. Might have a sub .500 team somewhere in that 6th slot, lol.
You may be right but it's still waaay too early for these discussions IMO. Remember when Utah looked like the next surprise juggernaut last season? Meh.
