[Game] Kings Vs Blazers, 1/19/11

Sorry. I've been swamped by work. Anyways, remember when we thought the Blazers were going to be one of the top teams in the league for a long time.... Not so much anymore.

Whoah. I was just going to write up something. Eeeerie. The Portland model of rebuilding is the correct way for a small market team to do things, and, injuries aside, their progress should be noted. Imagine if Oden/Roy's knees were OK, and Durant/Westbrook were the ones with wonky legs.

Knees are funny things.

Will Jason Thompson secure a double-double?
Will Casspi be matched up against Aldridge, because Westphal thinks it just might work this time?
Who will get the bizarre DNP - CD tonight?

Great start for the Kings. Hopefully Westphal doesn't fall into the small ball trap later in the game.

Donte airball and Donte falling asleep on defense.... before I have time to finish typing this, Westphal has already sent Casspi to the scorers table.

So it begins.

Com'on, in between the rambles there's some real pearls of wisdom.... Walton is a hall of famer, and knows bball...

NTM, he brings up some good observances to the team that others don't bring up or question....

Bill Red Moron alert.

Why are Kings fans iknflicted with this during such a tough year?

I guess Jim Gray is booked elsewhere tonight and thus Walton. I must say I do get tired of the constant Deadhead junk. Signing up Walton was another Maloof (or MaGoof) gimmic. You know, like their Carl's Jr. commercial that was over the top and backfired on them.

Poor decision by Donte there. Why would you pass to Dally in that situation with beno open on the right farther down court?

I figured it would be our frontcourt dominating totally but it's Kings backcourt that has been putting most pressure on against Portland.
