[Game] Kings Vs Blazers, 1/19/11

We are winning, which is obviosuly good, but we should be up by more. When we play patient on offense it looks like we can get anything we want. I think the Kings know this, and because the Blazer D has been so bad we have been a little too selfish. Everyone is trying to get theirs. I think our defense has been fine. Left Rudy open on the outside one too many times, but overall good enough to win the game.

We should win tonight. Will we? I dont know.

Whoah. I was just going to write up something. Eeeerie. The Portland model of rebuilding is the correct way for a small market team to do things, and, injuries aside, their progress should be noted. Imagine if Oden/Roy's knees were OK, and Durant/Westbrook were the ones with wonky legs.

Knees are funny things.

Will Jason Thompson secure a double-double?

Will Casspi be matched up against Aldridge, because Westphal thinks it just might work this time?

Who will get the bizarre DNP - CD tonight?

lol at reynolds and walton interupting each other. Walton needs to let other people talk once in a while. Wow if portland was healthy they would have like 4 or at least 3 superstars on their hands. Too bad.

I dont understand how Pooh Jeter can stand there and call off a pick, actually call off an entire play just so he can dribble out the clock then pull up for a jumper. He's a terrible shooter for a point guard. We can get good shots against this defense! We just need to move the ball and cut. We are making this way to hard.

Dalembert is playing some Dalembert basketball tonight. Taking the offense that comes to him, and shutting down the only real threat the Blazers have. Wouldnt mind seeing DMC come in for Landry and leave the two bigs out there to crush the boards.

greene needs to cut the the basket like that or go the the basket more instead of settling for 3s
Greene needs to be more focused, him and Casspi could become great role players together but he isnt driven enough. he is a waste of talent with obviously no work ethic. him coming into camp overweight speaks volumes.

I dont understand what we are doing here on offense. Demarcus is the only big man we have with enough overall skill to make the defense defend him up top. Having Landry/JT/Dalembert up there is doing no good. That and Aldridge is now killing us on putbacks, so we could use more rebounding. Get Demarcus out there with Dalembert please.
