[Game] Kings vs. 76ers 10PM ET 7PM PT

And the length others go to in an attempt to prove their own agenda. We get it, dude. You think he's out of shape. And you're going to keep harping on it as your best shot at him.

Why not just post oos? As many times as you use the phrase, you'd save yourself a ton of keystrokes.

To be fair, I think we all have reiterated our position on Cuz over and over again whether it be pro Cuz or anti-Cuz

I'm starting to warm up to the idea of Doug Christie as head coach. I think DMC would respect him and I feel like he wouldn't be afraid to make the tough decisions to get this team back on the right track.

Only problem with that is I don't think there's ever been any indication Doug would be interested in taking the lead chair.

Not disagreeing. All I'm saying is that certain posters around here are stuck in a big ol' rut with one buzz phrase they keep using over and over and over again.

Pat Riley coached an 8 man rotation his entire life. Its often good coaching, especially when you've got a clear talent break back there. It was 9 with WCS. He went out, it became 8. Keeping it tight.

But did Pat Riley run the fastest pace in the league like this? I honestly don't know, and in todays NBA i dont think its sustainable really, theres enough talent on the team to field a bench, Karl looks to be doing this out of desperation.

lol, we let 76ers score
The defense was good when the second unit was in. The starters, particularly Rondo, Gay and Cousins have been terrible on defense, valuing the ball, and running back. The stupid turnovers are leading to Sixers easy buckets.

It looks they have checked out on the game already.....

The reason to call this a trap game was not just because we might let down, its because since the fall of the Hinkie regime and the addition of D'Antoni + Smith, the Sixers all of a sudden might have gotten a little dangerous to struggling teams. On this trip they already took out one of our competitors (the Suns) and almost came back to beat another (the Jazz) as well.

They aren't playing like a 2-whatever team right now. We absolutely should still beat them, but its not one arm tied behind your back casual while on the phone with your mom stuff anymore. Tehir guys are trying to impress the new regime.

Karl is the HEAD coach so he gets the blame in my book. So if Cousins isnt in the greatest shape like you say, is it wise for GK to be running him into the ground for 34-38 mins a night?
That's not the point. Cousins knew that they were going to play uptempo this season. What does he do? Comes in out of shape. Cousins tells us he's trying to be coach-able, but his conditioning says otherwise. His court demeanor and effort says otherwise.

The reason to call this a trap game is because our player are unprofessional and don't earn their paychecks. You can try and blame the coach all you want but I am seeing players that would rather be at home playing video games than playing an NBA game right now. It's just sad and I just want a group of players that play their guts out each and every night. Give me Omri's, Isaiah's, Quincy's, guys like Reggie Evans, guys that bring it every night and play their heart out for the jersey. I don't care if you can put up numbers like Hakeem and Shaq if you play like you don't care.

I think it's time to pack away my cautious optimism for another season. No matter what decent team we can beat on any given night, this really is the true identity of this team.

Holy. Poop.
