There are so many posts tonight laying out for you why Karl isn't the right coach for this team.

Really? He's got a below 500 squad to compete with a 35-2 team in each of the 3 matchups this season

He's done a lot better than most coaches in the league.

He's done a lot better than most coaches in the league.

But he didn't have one of the best post players on those teams. His style compliments teams with little offensive talent down low and uses his wings and guards to facilitate his offense.

Fool's Gold. You run against the Warriors, fool's gold. Just like running against the Steve Nash Suns, Fool's Gold. You're having a good time, running up and down, scoring alot. Suddenly the other team goes on a run and you can never catch up.

I mean, Cousins played pretty well tonight no? In both games he's played the refs have been against him with foul trouble. Can't really pin these loses on anyone. We competed valiantly against a legendary team that will probably break 72-10.

I thought Grant commentated this outing quite even. Sure he had some praise for the Warriors, but it was warranted. Level headed commentating from our guys tonight

Hey, there is no shame to losing to a 35-2 team. We competed hard in all 3 games.

Key reasons why we lost:
1. Curry
2. Warriors shooting 51% from three
3. Calling two horrible calls on Cousins which took him out of the 3rd quarter (going to be hard to beat the best team when you're best player can only log 30 min)
4. Refs in general
5. Karl's 2nd half lineups (we go toe to toe w/ the Warriors in the 1st half with sane rotations but we all of a sudden decide to experiment with ridiculously small lineups)

DeMarcus sitting out almost the whole 3rd quarter was a back breaker. We lost that quarter by 10 and the game by 12. Foul number 3, the phantom foul on Barnes at the end of the second quarter, was the difference. We've got to do something to protect Cousins. He's a top 5 scorer in the league and also the linchpin of our defense. Somebody else on the team needs to be able to step in and take some of those fouls for Cuz in the first 3 quarters to keep him on the court.

Perspective is a wonderful thing. It didn't sound like it to my ears. I missed the first half of our try to come back wiping Grant's drool off my screen so I could see.

Just at the brunt of the Warriors. They get the calls, even away from home. They are undoubtedly the NBA's new golden child. They embody everything they want to product of the NBA to be about.

WCS played 9 minutes.....9. Had 10 points. Acy had 22 minutes. We had 4 guards around 30 minutes. Probably weren't going to beat GS but we were close with Acy or WCS on the floor

The good news is that this wasn't a bad loss. The effort was there. We tried not to beat ourselves (10 TOs).

We just need Karl to stop going senile in the 2nd half, Casspi to come back healthy, and to keep putting in the effort each game. This game doesn't have me down. Warriors are an excellent ball club.

I just think we have one of the more unbiased commentators (duo) in the league. Yes I agree that the praise for opposition can get out of hand, but you'll hear it when we are playing well... "If you don't like that you don't like NBA basketball!"

Thats the problem. The kings were competing when karl wasn't screwing with the lineup.
It's almost like Karl is able to reign in his urge to run small for 2 quarters. After halftime he starts to slip and then goes full on small ball by the 4th. He just can't help himself.

George's 4 guard lineup was a disaster. Here's how dumb that lineup was.....4 guards but each possession went to Cuz making the guards useless. On defense, the Warriors took turns exploiting post ups with Livingston or Barnes or....

That stretch right there was careless coaching.
