The entire team needs to either step up or just roll over and play dead. The only saving grace - if you can call it that - is that if it weren't for perimeter shooting by the Raps, they would not have the lead.

A little more about Tag - they're saying that because most of the Raps play is occuring out on the perimeter, he wouldn't be very effective in the paint because none of the Raptors are going inside. Miller is, once again, acting as though he's afraid to shoot. Webber is holding the ball too long, waiting for either a clear shot OR for someone to get open. Pedja is doing a fair job defensively but isn't putting any real effort into getting open. Bibby was okay, but then seemed to just get sucked into the abyss. Evans is having a very hard time against Jalen Rose. Kevin is so-so. His shots aren't falling, but neither are anyone else's.

No quick fixes on this one. The only thing IMHO that can help is if the Kings come out with a WHOLE LOT of energy and pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, pass, shoot...

i was afraid this would happen after beating the spurs. i'm holding out faith that they get it together in the second half.

Its weird. They won to a Championship contender(Spurs) and they dont have the momentum throught the first half. Hpefull the Kings can realize this and comeback in the second half.

It's the second game on the road in a back-to-back. Those are traditionally very difficult for the visiting teams to win.

It ain't over. If the Kings can come up with some energy from somewhere, they could turn this around very quickly.

Brutal harsh comment - Webber simply has to face the fact that he doesn't have the legs on the second night of a back-to-back to keep shooting jumpers from 17-20 feet. Almost every shot has been short. In his defense, whenever he does pass up the shot, the next guy misses too - this is not a pretty game. This is a very ugly game played by guys who haven't even had 24 hours rest...and are on the road. If we win, it will be a miracle. If we don't, I will be waiting for all the nay-sayers to show up and point fingers.

Webber is 4 for 18 and Pedja is 2 for 11.
