Thoughts so far.

This Cousins kid is pretty good.
Defensive rotations are much better among the second unit than with the starters. Patterson has next to no idea where he needs to be to protect the paint. That Korver backdoor cut is on him.
McLemore is going to be streaky this year, but when he is on, look out. Nice to see him start a game strong. IT missed three easy passes to him on good cuts. That stuff needs to get fixed.

I'm willing to bet Salmons and Chuck are on the floor after this time out.

Ok petey d needs to start putting feelers out. Thorntons services as a starter may not be needed much longer

I thought Thornton did his job pretty well in the first quarter. Korver got the one backdoor cut, but Thornton chased him over the screen and Patterson missed his rotation.

seems like when IT isn't shooting well, it affects the rest of his game.

IT really struggling so far. He's been more out of control this year than before. Focusing too much on the scoring sparkplug aspect.

I've really appreciated Outlaws hustle the last couple of games. Seems more interested in getting rebounds than most of the other guys

It's true. His DRB% was 28% before this game, which is insane and a reason why he's better than Patterson, Chuck, and Salmons combined.

I am of the opinion that JT hasn't done enough good or bad this game to feel as strongly as some of you do.

When GV went to the bench, the offense looked stagnant again.

GV is +10 in this game. He's moving the ball ok.

Our power forward rotation is what annoys me the most.. I knew that our sf's were scrubs and Thornton was hit or miss, but I was a fan of both JT and PPat before this year

Yea, the bench kind of let us down thus far. Aside from Ben no one on that unit has been great. IT hasn't had much of an impact.

It-McLemore in the open-court is absolutely lethal. Just wish we had Landry to give us a consistent half-court option with the bench unit. It almost falls totally on IT to create everything for that unit when they can't run

I am a huge IT guy but that was an ineffective stint
