He's lost his guys again. This is the same point every year but waaay early this time. Now the players will have to find the fight within themselves to rip out a couple good plays, then good wins. It's all just avoiding the inevitable. Vivek has to swallow this now monetarily and Monte has to grow a pair.
I get that that can be annoying to somebody who's been watching the game since the pre-game coverage started, or whatever, but you get that that's not everybody, right? At any given point, there's a non-zero number of people, who just tuned into the game, and aren't on social media, and are asking, "Where's Tyrese?"
Maybe she's doing it a little too often, but you do still have to provide that reset.

This team looked good THIS year when playing the right way. Just like every year. There comes a point where strategic bumbling is allowed to continue for so long that there is no fixing it to the point where you can reach whatever potential your team has. It's like PTSD that will rear it's ugly head at the wrong moment. Bad habits are hard to break and the longer a coach like this stays, the more likely it is that you can't shake it.
