I'm getting sick. Sam Amick randomly launched a smear campaign against Cuz in the hopes of ruining his All-Star campaign. I think there's something rotting in my apartment. A bunch of bills are due tomorrow. I think the dude in the apartment above me may be a serial killer. Okay great. Let's do this thing, shall we?

Well that was certainly less than pretty. Be it the refing, the lack of execution down the stretch, or our three top players generally having off nights, the Kings matchup with the Grizzlies wound up being an incredibly ugly game on the part of the Kings. Once again IT had a meltdown in the final minutes of a close game as he continued his stretch of absolutely horrific clutch performances. Amplifying matters for IT was his complete inability to guard his man, Mike Conley pretty much able to do whatever the heck he wanted whenever he wanted.

Meanwhile, Demarcus had a statistically solid night against a very tough frontline led by the reigning defensive player of the year, a rejuvenated Marc Gasol. That he can still put up 20-10 while struggling is a testament to his skill and talent. Of course, this does nothing to change the fact that Demarcus is apparently the worst person in the NBA. Unconfirmed eye witness accounts say that Demarcus was actively kicking puppies and burning American flags after the game. Sure he's talented and all but when you have a player on your team who makes Hitler look like Mother Theresa, your franchise is headed down the wrong path. WE WANT HAWES!

The Rudy Gay of the Sacramento Kings was replaced by the inefficient Rudy Gay of the Toronto Raptors. As Jerry Reynolds would say, if it feels like leather, arbitrarily chuck it at the hoop. Of course, in the game's waning moments, with the game on the line, Coach Malone put the ball in Rudy's hands, ultimately setting up the best moment in refereeing in the new year. I don't know about you but I don't think there's anything better than deciding a game through a jump ball.

Look at the bright side Tetsujin -- Godzilla is attacking San Francisco this time instead of Tokyo.

We haven't really been blown out too badly in the past by OKC. It should at least be exciting . I know it is too much too ask but if we ever needed a big game from jimmer this is it. Status quo is nice but I'm not loving Okc's 2nd unit. We should do well against them.

Put some points on the board and see if we can steal one.

Oh and Malone can't expect any calls.
