Kings-Lakers PBP for Oct. 12

Greetings, fellow Kings fans!

This afternoon the Kings head to Las Vegas for the annual pre-season meeting with the Lakers at the Thomas & Mack Center.

According to this morning's Bee, Theus will, once again, be focusing on the kids. While this should mean no sighting of KT, it could also again signal limited minutes for Kevin.

It's a windy day here in the forest, with the North winds drying out the moisture we had received from the rains last week and turning it, once again, into a Red Flag condition.

Gasol in to Odom, ball slapped away by Udrih and Kings have it again. Fallaway jumper by Salmons doesn't go but he gets the rebound right back. Kick out to Beno, who blows through three defenders, dish to Mikki who can't finish - LAL ball.

Udrih foul on Gasol prevents the dunk and Pao heads to the line.

Lots of ball movement by Kings. Salmons doubled, finally kicks over to Miller - they don't see the 24-second clock as it expires. LAL ball.

Brown on the run, but can't finish as his shot off the glass is really wild... Brown to the line on foul by Odom.
