Or you sub in Reke and Salmon provide the team with additional help to bring the ball up and let Jimmer be a spot up shooter? Sometime you have to help the player and provide support.

I am not a Jimmer fan btw.

What can you say when you're the worst coach in the league and have little ground to stand on? It's not exactly Sloan, PJax, Pop or even JVG ripping into Cuz. There's nothing to respect with Smart aside from his "title". It's obvious from recent comments Cuz has little respect for Smart or the organization as a whole, and who can blame him?

At half I wouldn't do anything to Cousins. Doesn't do any good to waste energy on him when the rest of the team is going to have to adjust for this game. After the game I would hope the team fines him for being dumb but doesn't suspend him again.

At this point I think Cousins realizes when he messes up. Yelling at him would probably just pee him off without serving much of a purpose. There should be a consequence though for being dumb, which is why I would fine him.

I wonder how his behavior on the court would be if Sloan was coach. I don't mean he would be afraid but simply the respect would help. Certainly the chaos in the organization is a huge distraction and I think is a cause for a lot of what is happening with this team. It's a wasted year. Absolutely wasted.
