The sad thing is that we are actually winning the battle of the boards yet they are still schooling us :(
We lost because we took way to many jumpers but they are the better team. And I don't think anybody thought we would win this game or even keep it close.

Props to SAR for doing about as well as he could under the circumstances. I saw him at least three or four times obviously doing everything he could to get enough breath. We simply couldn't ask him to do much more...

so the only reason Corliss didnt play is because Adelman didnt feel like putting him in?
I'll check my emails but I don't think Adelman sent me his game plan.

;)

He didn't even put him in during the garbage time, though, so I have to wonder if possibly Corliss is now the victim of that flu that's been going around.

I even though sar got blocked alot i still would want to see him get the ball more often down low, seeing those paint stats makes me sick. I am tried of shooting those jumpers.

i dont know, usually if a player is sick, grant and jerry say something

When is Bonzi coming back?

Anyway, i say we go 4-0 for the rest of the trip!! (Dreams do come true)
I DO think that we can beat the Sixers.

I was going to say that we should just forget about this game and start fresh in Philly, but maybe remembering how TERRIBLE this fourth quarter was may inspire one or two of them to not quit in the end. That is what bothers me the most. Their heads seemed to be elsewhere at the end.

What exactly is wrong with Mike's legs/knee?

He has a gameplan ... it's just growing mold and is getting quite stale.

Errr...

Well, maybe you are right. There is no plan.

Look, that was not the issue. Until the very end our offense was fine. It was our defense which was ridiculously bad. We scored 99 and got beat by 20. Bad sign.

i know we still would have lost even with corliss in there, but he should have at least got some mins unless VF's theory is right and he was sick

He actually ran back on defense once this game ... so, he probably hurt himself by exerting a little energy defensively.

That's a crock and it's not fair. Bibby has been suffering from a badly bruised tailbone.

You really need to curb the nastiness about the members of our team NOT named Shareef Abdur-Rahim. It's gotten past tiresome.

No. Stacey King was a "right place, right time" player; Williamson actually had something to do with those three rings, particularly the college one.
I did not watch him in college so i will take Your word for it

Corliss not seeing any game time tonight, when he would most likely have been trying to guard either Shaq or Zo, is not the biggest of the Kings' problems.

In fact, I have to say it's waaaaay down the list.

We just aren't that good. And a couple of nice games at home shouldn't lull us into a false sense of "gooddom." Even the Hawks have won a few games...

Just my three cents, of course. I recommend people truly enjoy the wins and not get too upset by the losses. There might be change on the horizon OR Petrie's whole plan might have been to simply survive this season as well as we can and make some significant moves as trade deadline approaches.
