Pretty much at this point he's acting like he misses George Karl. He's shown Joerger next to nothing now ever since the new coach got into town. Its a little concerning really, because from Joerger's perspective what has he seen to make him think Willie is an important player?

Willie needs to wake the hell up before he see the court more.
For as maddening as Koufos is with his little misses, at least he doesn't outright disappear on the court.

I think 2K is doing a great job. He is handling his role. The little bunnies he misses suck but are forgivable.
I am merely looking at it from a match up perspective. Who would you rather pick up fouls guarding Millsap? The guy who has thus far been less than productive, or 2k-DMC-Barnes?

I think Willie's blessing of freakish athleticism is also his curse. He can do so much physically, mentally he is getting bogged down deciding WHAT to do in the micro-moment.

The Koufos conundrum today has everything to do with Cuz guarding Millsap. If he can't they have to go another route because Millsap plays into opponents and will attack Boogie off the dribble just like Boogie does to other centers.
