Not really: Landry can't score on the perimeter the way Patterson can.

PP is more of a floor spreader, but both still operate as a 2nd frontcourt scoring option next to Cuz, average to below average defensively and generally not all that good on the glass.

More importantly though, it's one or the other off the bench at the 4. Both generally won't play based on Malone's tighter rotations. If PP is the frontcourt scoring punch off the bench, there is no room for Landry.
