This is one of the few times we've seen Walton not have a quick response to a change up of the defense. The Celtics are doubling off and trapping every pick and roll, two swings and they'll have easy money.
This will not be a fun locker room at half time... and that's a good thing. Kings will come out on a run to start the second half, mark this post. (I'll quote it for you in about half an hour.)
The Kings offense is still fairly immature. They rely mostly on dishing the ball over the top on pick and roll so teams are trapping and just simply keeping their hands up. If they start running that pick and roll to the middle and bring the big up behind the play while putting a shooter at the corner they'll be able to easily swing the ball and force the Celtics paint defenders up and to the ball.
The Kings got too big for their britches in the 2nd quarter. Bogs has got to stop with the dribble routine. He can get away with that against the Wizards, not Boston.
Smart play by Buddy on that ice by Boston. They give up the straight line drive trying to force him away from the screen so he says thank you and takes it right to the rack.
