Life without JT. Probable holdovers 2014-15:

Boogie
Gay
Evans or Acy
IT (or trade w/ DWill for something better)
RayMac
BenMac
DWill (see IT)
Oh and that injured PF with big contact (I hate saying his name)
 
Just curious. I see a lot of posters concerned about draft position. Who in this draft is going to make a huge impact on the kings?

Embiid would give the Kings one of the best (if not THE best) front courts in the league
Wiggens or Parker would be an impact.
And some of the PF's, like Julius Randle for example, might make a big impact, especially since they are replacing JT, lol
and if we aren't gonna pay IT, a player like Smart or Exum would be an impact
 
Hard to believe how often and how little Williams is able to contribute in any category. There's no other explanation other than it's mental.

Crash the boards or do something, anything to get yourself involved

I don't see Randle making much of an impact in the NBA. Much of his strength and girth advantages that he's had much of the time in college, will be gone in the men's league
 
I remember Derrick contributing most of the time until Rudy Gay arrived and sent him to the bench.

Embiid is thabeet part 2. Wiggins and Parker would be lucky to ever sniff what Rudy has done
Randle might be as good as JT one day. Smart is a weaker less dominating tyreke Evans.
Not sure about exum just yet.

Frankly last year some thought this was a superstar filled draft. I don't see it

One of the things I've noticed with Williams struggles, is that he hasn't seemed to figure out how to create space for 'clearer' looks when he takes a shot in traffic. For a guy with his size and leaping ability, it always looks like every shot is much more difficult than it could be
