Kings at Pistons, 1/15/11 Game Thread

Legs? That's a cop out, man. Resting for 15 minutes at half time increases fatigue? If you want to play the "his arches seized up due to inactivity" card, go for it.. blocked by Will Bynum....Will...Bynum. Wow. Tyreke played like crap in the 2nd half. Not even the same player. Back to square one with this team. Westphal with a lack of adjustments for 24 minutes (thanks Paul!) should get the game ball. Who knows, maybe the orders are for him to lose as many games as possible...

Tyreke actually played well in the second half setting people up. NO ONE was hitting any shots though. I counted it and he dished out 7-8 easy to moderate shots in the second half, where at least 4-5 of them should have been pretty sure assists. Detroit set up their D around Tyreke the second half and our guys couldn't make shots. Tyreke did have a few opportunities late in the fourth, but other then that, it goes on the rest of the team for not finishing the shots he provided.

These ones make me want to smash my laptop. So many stupid turnovers, blown lay ups, terrible decision making. We made Bynum and Villanueva look like All-Stars. No defense at all tonight. No intensity second half either.

Casspi beginning to annoy me. Can't do anything other than shoot. He is completely soft with the ball, panics in a crowd and has bad hands. Not to be overly pessimistic, but he's not a good passer, is turnover prone, and genuinely does have very soft/fumbly hands. It's a good thing he's a good shooter and has a determined attitude.

Garcia is extremely frustrating. Do-it-all type role player one minute, boneheaded rookie the next.

Cousins needs to man up and stop whining. So what if some of the calls are clearly ****, you don't put your team in danger by getting silly technicals. Showed his talent early on but struggled at times thereafter.

Good to have Evans back.

Landry and Dalembert (particularly the former) look like they can't wait to get out of Sacramento. Landry is playing well but makes bad decisions at crucial times.
