We just cannot catch a bleeping break.

So if it can't be played, they probably move it to tomorrow, so we end up with yet ANOTHER back to back. Ridiculous.

That would force Philadelphia to have to play three in a row (and five games in six nights), so probably not. I'm guessing that the game will be rescheduled during the week after the All-Star break.

The game won't be officially 'canceled' unless:

1. Both teams are mathematically eliminated from the playoffs early, AND
2. It wouldn't affect lottery position, either.

But, 'postponed' means it's definitely not being played tonight.

How come the league doesnt hand out more favorable schedules to teams that it was tough on the previous season? I try to be objective when evaluating the difficulty of our schedule and it seems like this nonsense happens every year.

I saw that report Kayte did talking about they are thinking about re-scheduling for the end of January, can't remember if it was the 30th or 31st but they said the Kings were going to let the NBA know they aren't happy because an otherwise winnable game tonight becomes the end of a road trip game featuring 3 back to backs. Just can't catch a break. Taking it easy in DC last night might prove to be a very bad move for them.

We have a 7-game road trip the end of Jan. They were talking on the broadcast about that being extended to EIGHT games, with THREE back-to-backs (if the Sixers game is squeezed in on Jan. 30). That sucks majorly.

We have a 7-game road trip the end of Jan. They were talking on the broadcast about that being extended to EIGHT games, with THREE back-to-backs (if the Sixers game is squeezed in on Jan. 30). That sucks majorly.

Never bothers the Spurs. In fact they relish it every year during extended rodeo road tour.
