anyone watch? very convincing win over detroit tonight. wade with 35/8/4 with 2 stls and a blk, o'neal with a solid effort too. if miami wins their next home game i am willing to bet they win the series.

Detroit's done:( . Jeez it sucks seeing Shaq probably win a series AGAIN. I hate it. I never want to see that guy win ever again.

This Pistons team does not look like the same team from the regular season. I've heard there might be problems in the locker room, I don't know if that's it but there's something, and the fact that in a timeout Sheed was over by the scorers table told me there was a problem somewhere. Prince did not play well and that didn't help. Detroit can still win the series but they have their work cut out for them.

I dunno..

The more success Shaq has the more I get to see Lakers fans squirm :)

it's too early to say Detroit's done. I still think they're the better team and if they win tomorrow and go back to Detroit 2-2, odds favor the Pistons...

I've mentioned before, been a long tiime since Detroit played an impressive game, this is as deep as their coach has ever been in the playoffs while the Heat have an all-time great stalking their sidelines, and Miami pretty much had the Pistons beat last year before Wade got injured -- he just dominates them for whatever reason. Hard to bet against a 64 win team, but this time it could absolutely happen.

I bet you they wish they had Larry Brown right now...

Flip is a choker and he will always be one, the guy just doesnt get it done when it matters the most

The Pistons walk around with a championship swagger, but don't work their asses off game-in, game-out like they did the past 2 years...they have to be backed into a corner to get their attention (like Cleveland did).

during todays pregame they showed an interview where sheed said he still isnt worried. he said they were down in the last series and handled business, he still sounds very confident that the will win.

If Sheed's confident, it's because the Pistons have played terrible in the two games that they lost. That being said, as Brick pointed out above, the Pistons don't really have anyone that is a good matchup on the defensive end for DWade. Hamilton's not strong enough, and Billups and Prince probably aren't quick enough. Hunter may do a somewhat decent job, but it's probably due to limited exposure --- I'm relatively confident DWade would light him up if he faced him for 30+ minutes.

The key for the Pistons is to make sure that the other guys for the Heat don't have an impact. Also, Sheed himself needs to take charge whenever Walker is guarding him in the post --- there's no chance Walker can hold Sheed down if Sheed is aggressive.

Game 4 is a game that the Pistons need to win, and in those types of games in the postseason thus far, the Pistons have been able to win. If the Heat want to really advance, they must play with some purpose and urgency on Monday.

I disagree about the Heat needing to play with urgency. They need to continue to play with focus and intensity BUT not urgency. That loses games.

This is the Heats' series to win or lose IMHO.
