New York Post - Jamal Crawford, who was almost traded to the
Magic as part of the
Steve Francis deal, wants to remain a Knick.
In a disappointing season for the team, Crawford is responsible for the last three
New York victories, making last second, game winning shots in each. According to the
New York Post Crawford has six game-winning shots in the final 10 seconds in two seasons as a Knick.
"If I'd have to bet on it, I'd say I'd be back," Crawford said. "I want to be here a lot. I feel like I've grown a lot and I want to be here with Isiah (Thomas) and Coach Brown. When you lose like this, anyone can go. But my first choice is to stay."
