Good team on paper...

Gary

All-Star
C-Eddie Curry
PF-Channing Frye
SF-Jalen Rose
SG-Stephon Marbury
PG-Steve Francis

Bench-Q.Richardson, J.Crawford, N.Robinson, M.Rose, J.James

This team is nice on paper. Too bad they cant play well together.

if they change the rule and allow 5 balls indttead of one they would do better. The problem is - they are still Knicks and Knicks suck

Forgot Qyntel Woods, whos become a good regular in the rotation since January, and starting a bunch of times. Actually one of their few bright spots.

Well, I wouldn't say regular...At least for a normal coach...I've been following Woods for awhile now, and here's what seems to be a normal stretch of games for Qyntel.

10 pts, 6 reb, 4-7 shooting
DNP-CD
DNP-CD
Nothing in about a minute
13 pts, 4 reb, 5-9 shooting
DNP-CD
Etc.
Etc.

Well...We've got a "Larry Brown Regular" here.

Fire the ******* coach might be a good start. He's destroyed what was already a ****ed up team this year. Maybe even on purpose. Wouldn't put it past him. He's a weasel,

I just can't understand how an owner would let this go on. Not only go on, but spend ridiculous amounts of money for it! And they still have plenty of fans.

Coaches always look good on good teams, give them a bad team and they look like a bad coach. O, and yeah I would fire him, but first I would fire the gm.;)

Why does it look good on paper? Straight combinesque talent, maybe. But as soon as you read Steph... or Steve Fr... it immediately becomes not a good TEAM on paper.

great call... i've never been a larry brown fan. It was very annoying when everyone was heaping a lot of undeserved praise onto LB after the Pistons championship run. He's a snake.

Well, if all of those players were able to play well together that team would be scary..

The only players on the Knicks I would keep though would be Channing Frye, and Eddie Curry. Maybe Crawford...

You could find a team that would take Marbury off your hands, Francis, and Rose as well. For those three you could get SOMEONE! :D

New York Post - Jamal Crawford, who was almost traded to the Magic as part of the Steve Francis deal, wants to remain a Knick.

In a disappointing season for the team, Crawford is responsible for the last three New York victories, making last second, game winning shots in each. According to the New York Post Crawford has six game-winning shots in the final 10 seconds in two seasons as a Knick.

"If I'd have to bet on it, I'd say I'd be back," Crawford said. "I want to be here a lot. I feel like I've grown a lot and I want to be here with Isiah (Thomas) and Coach Brown. When you lose like this, anyone can go. But my first choice is to stay."
