in the first Qt with all the starters in, they jumped out to a big lead, they were flowing well, webber looked AWESOME, so did miller, and he did a good job on yao.
in the 2nd QT, the starters came out, and the guys trying to make the team came in and we went south. the rockettes took the lead, we got into major foul trouble giving them ample opportunities to take the lead ( which they did) we were in the penalty with 7 + to go.
yao also has 4 fouls, but the thoughts here are there is no way in hades that they will call a 6th foul on yao. and to that i say, you better if he commits it. i don't care if he is in front of his own fans, call the game the way it is supposed to be called.
webber looks amazing out there, the movement is MUCH better then it was, the jump shot looks better, and he is attacking the boards. he had 9 points, 8 rebounds in the first QT, i don't think he played in the 2nd ( i need a box score!!!) if this is the webber we get most of the time, i have a great feeling about the season. no obviously that knee will give him crap from time to time, but if this is how we can have it more often then not, we will be fine.
our D looks pretty good as well.
