Rudy and DeMarcus are out; Nik is questionable. I'm gonna go out on a big limb and predict that Sim Bhullar may actually see 2+ minutes.

Other than that, not much to talk about. This is Kings vs. the Thunder in Oklahoma City. Every reason to believe the Kings will not break their string of loses in Tornado Central.

Good news, however, for Kings fans and Boogie. Check it out in the other thread I just started. :)

Well,

Our SG rotation is garbage. One of Ben or Nik HAS to go this offseason. I dont care which. They are both interesting prospects, for different reasons, but we can't have those goofballs be our entire SG rotation and expect to win games.

Hollins over Sim? Why? Then I look at the +/- and see that he is the only one on the team with a positive in that department. My takeaway? +/- is garbage and should be thrown out as a stat!

As far as positives: Ray is quietly putting together a string of decent games. I think our PG rotation will be pretty decent once we get DC back.

Casspi is the truth.

JT can still rebound when Cuz isnt in there gobbling all them boards up.

Not very many people seem to notice that Thompson often does an above average job boxing out, to prevent the other team from getting rebounds, which is bound to make it easier for Cousins to get them all. That's just one of a number of reasons why I've always felt that Thompson is a superior player to Reggie Evans: Evans is trying to make sure that he gets the rebound, Thompson is usually more focused on making sure that the other guys don't get the rebound.

Minor note: earlier this season, Thompson passed Vlade Divac to move into the Top Ten all-time franchise history in rebounds, only to get bumped out of the Top Ten when he was passed by Cousins. With seven first half rebounds, Thompson has passed Jack Coleman to move back into the Top Ten. Cousins and Thompson are ninth and tenth, respectively in rebounds in franchise history, and second and third, respectively, in Sacramento-era history.

Barring another catastrophic injury/illness, DeMarcus Cousins is expected to pass Chris Webber to become the Sacramento-era rebounds leader... I would guess, the week before Christmas. If Thompson is not traded, he will probably pass Webber some time after the All-Star break.

The most frustrating thing about this game is the fact that it's basically dead even, down the line. The numbers are virtually identical, across the board, except that they have us doubled up on steals, and we have them more than doubled up on turnovers.

Sim time?

Or should we throw Hollins back out there so he can foul out first?

Also...Props to Ben for stepping it up in the second half.

Games like this are frustrating: especially if you're like me, and don't give a **** about a draft pick. We could have had this one.

We really didn't give up that many threes tonight, but it sure as hell felt like it; must have been all those threes we gave up back to back.
